How to FIX SQL Server Error 6833 - Parent tag ID 17 is not among the open tags FOR XML EXPLICIT requires parent tags to be opened first

I am getting SQL Server Error 6833
 
 The Error Message says :
 
Parent tag ID 17 is not among the open tags. FOR XML EXPLICIT requires parent tags to be opened first. Check the ordering of the result set.
 
 
 Any suggestions [ Solution | TIPS ]  to resolve [FIX] this ?
