How to FIX SQL Server Error 11227 - This message could not be delivered because the initiator service has sent a message with a message

I am getting SQL Server Error 11227
 
 The Error Message says :
 
This message could not be delivered because the initiator service has sent a message with a message type that can only be sent by the target. Message type name: Sales. Service contract name: Sales.
 
 
 Any suggestions [ Solution | TIPS ]  to resolve [FIX] this ?
 
  This is SQL Server Severity 16  Message
