How to FIX SQL Server Error 628 - Cannot issue SAVE TRANSACTION when there is no active transaction

I am getting SQL Server Error 628
 
 The Error Message says :
 
Cannot issue SAVE TRANSACTION when there is no active transaction.
 
 
 Any suggestions [ Solution | TIPS ]  to resolve [FIX] this ?
