I am getting SQL Server Error 17140
 
 The Error Message says :
 
Could not dispatch SQL Server by Service Control Manager. Operating system error = output.
 
 
 Any suggestions [ Solution | TIPS ]  to resolve [FIX] this ?
 
  This is SQL Server Severity 16  Message
