How to FIX SQL Server Error 28006 - User does not have permission to MAX the conversation Sales in state Sales Only members of the sysad

I am getting SQL Server Error 28006
 
 The Error Message says :
 
User does not have permission to MAX the conversation Sales in state Sales. Only members of the sysadmin fixed server role and the db_owner fixed database role have this permission.
 
 
 Any suggestions [ Solution | TIPS ]  to resolve [FIX] this ?
